DMCA Policy
Last updated: November 28, 2025
This Digital Millennium Copyright Act policy applies to the domiguu.com website and the services operated by domiguu. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of our platform to do the same. This policy describes how we respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement and how rights holders may submit such notices.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available on or through our platform infringes one or more of your copyrights, you may submit a written notification to our designated copyright agent. To be effective under the DMCA, your notice must include all of the following elements:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on the platform.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Designated Copyright Agent
Send all DMCA notices to our designated copyright agent using the following contact details:
| Contact Method | Details |
|---|---|
| contact@domiguu.com | |
| Phone | +353 87 900 1868 |
| Postal Address | domiguu, Saint Patrick's National School, Colgagh, Calry, Co. Sligo, F91 DP48, Ireland |
We strongly recommend submitting notices by email to ensure prompt processing. Notices sent by post may take additional time to reach the appropriate team.
3. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. To be valid, your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of a competent court and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of such person.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will transmit a copy to the original complainant. We may restore the removed material no sooner than ten and no later than fourteen business days following receipt of the counter-notification, unless our designated agent receives notice that the complainant has filed a court action seeking a restraining order against the allegedly infringing activity.
4. Our Response to Notices
4.1 Takedown Process
Upon receipt of a complete and valid DMCA notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material identified as allegedly infringing. We will also notify the user who posted the content that their material has been removed.
4.2 Repeat Infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is any user who has been the subject of more than one valid DMCA takedown notice and who has not successfully counter-notified or otherwise demonstrated a good faith basis for their use of the material.
4.3 Good Faith Assessment
We reserve the right to assess the completeness and good faith of any notice or counter-notice before taking action. Incomplete or clearly abusive notices may not be processed. Submitting a knowingly false or misleading notice or counter-notice may expose the submitting party to legal liability.
5. Misuse of the DMCA Process
Knowingly submitting a false or materially inaccurate DMCA notice or counter-notification is prohibited and may result in legal consequences, including liability for damages, costs, and legal fees. We encourage all parties to consult qualified legal counsel before submitting any DMCA-related correspondence if they are uncertain about whether the relevant material infringes a copyright.
6. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies exclusively to claims of copyright infringement. Claims relating to other types of intellectual property, including trademarks, patents, or trade secrets, are not covered by this DMCA policy and should be directed to us through our general contact channels.
7. Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this DMCA policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically to remain informed of our current practices.
